A dossier is basically a personnel file. It contains pertinent information on an individual or organization. Kind of like a character bio in a video game.

Pierce Brosnan will always be my favorite Bond. I'm sorry, but he's so freaking smooth! I hope I'm still that good looking when I'm his age. I just can't picture Sean Connery or Daniel Craig actually seducing a woman into giving them secret codes and such. But Pierce Brosnan... I mean all he has to do is smile and your panties melt off.
