Based plan for 10 people for several years in forest. But supplies can be changed slightly for small town.

Sheet metal bottom to move over snow. Depending on time have another 40 foot shipping container. With solar, wind and 30 on off/ replacement batteries. With wheels attached to lock/ tie down boxes

Location location location.
Best place would be in the wild on a lake with land going into the lake because without humans to fight forest fire would be a big concern, with having water on 3 sides all you need to do is cut down all the trees and wait for the fires to past then pull trees from water that you chopped and cut up for fire wood, or rock outcropping but cut trees sown so none fall on containers.
Overall plan
It could be done within a week provided you knew or could weld, hade access to this stuff had seen news stories of breakout and me being in most southern part of Canada anything higher than Missouri’s southern state line I would implement this plan.
If you're going to have the fireplace inside the container, you'll poison yourself.
II don't think that anyone would be able to procure all of those items in the mad rush before everyone flees, and if you try to get them before hand, you'd have to spend a ton of money on it.
How would you transport the container? You'd need to get it from a port (or wherever they're manufactured) inland to a lake. That would need either a serious crane

Wait, I'm meant to be serious.
Or a serious truck.
People would likely also be using all the shipping containers in the ports to build an impromptu wall (as detailed in the Zombie Survival Guide), so wouldn't let you take them.
I also don't see any of your supplies being easy to obtain, and I don't think all of it would fit. I thought shippng containers were 10-12 foot tall. Could you fit the beds in that height?
All in all, the plan is feasible, but not without a great amount of expense/ unlikely theft.
i said in the plan i would put weels on them and it would be simmular to what you see tractors pulling on the farms. for fire place it would have a flume http://www.cabelas.com/p-0078413519778a.shtml
you can buy shipping containers used for 2-3k each 40 foot used.
i did put intheir i would try to get two but you can use one but non livible you wouild need to through some stuff out.
financhels don't mater after z day, and i did say that it can hold 10 people with ten savings accounts getting stuff would be no problem
now since i have looked up containers and seen their prices i think i will build a house 4 wide and 4 tall with one on top of the cube makingit 5 tall. with foundation, power, plumming, welding, crane and taxes/ gov it will most likly cost 150000 with property 210 000 dollers. so thats will be my zombie plan
Planned on possibly doing that myself...
