Parking lot and perimiter enclsoed by a cinder block, concrete and rebar wall. Floors converted to agriculture, armory, hospital,brig, shooting range, storage, etc. Solar panels will be fixed to anywhere and verywhere outside. Redundant gate systems on all entrances/exits. Standardized offensive and defensive kits created. Vehicles will include, the mobile hospital, suplly depot and command post (semi-trailer), the tank (modified garbage truck or bus or armoured car), support vehicle (tow-truck) and scout vehicles (dirt-bikes, quads). All vehicles equipped with gps, walkie-talkies, extra gas, radio to hear base's radio transmissions, etc.
