i think there have been small instances of actual zombies. so small that the government has had time to "cover them up", not to sound like a cliche from the X files but it just seems like something the governments would do, i also think its possible churnobel was a cover up for a zombie virus, of course this is just speculation. If cultures in haiti can create "zombi" with primitive techniques, imagine what our military/governments have been working towards, an army of undead they can send in as decoys/kamakazi? seems like something they would try.

well, the soviets were working on reanimation expiraments. i dont think chernobel was an outbreak though, i believe it was a regular explosion. seeing as the nuclear facilities were not exactly "modernly safe" at that point in time.

actually chernobel was "modernly safe" for its time, or even for nows time if you know anything about how nuke plants work. the failsafes were being tested when chernobel melted down. and by testing then i meen letting the reactor go "critical" and letting the failsafes do what they were suppost to do and shut everything down. the problem came in the testing.... after a successfull test they would disable the successfull failsafe and let the next one in line be tested. well when they got down to the last ones one failed..... and all the previeous ones that worked were no longer hooked up. so you get the picture. it is likely that it was done on purpus, the meltdown that is, but not likely to cover up a zombie experiment. i believe it was ment to scare the crap out of the peoples of the world so that the wests nuke power programs would loose populairity and stop our advancments. which it did. they couldnt keep up with us so they sabotauged their own plant so we would be forced to stop building our plants by our own stupid panicky citicens. and it worked. this country should have been 100% nuke powered by the end of the 60s. electricity would be free or near free right now, we wouldnt have this silly fuel situation, and technology in general would likely be anywheres from 10-30 years more advanced if it werent for that chernobel bullshit.

proper planning prevents piss poor performance.
