2 reasons my dear, firstly, it is only effective up to 55 meters and secondly, it was used at columbine, very very bad

Tec-9's are pretty cool, but they are really really junky and unreliable. Since they fire from an open bolt, they have problems chambering the next round because they only shoot semiautomatic. If you modified it to shoot fully auto, it wouldn't have as many problems. Also, they are really really inaccurate. I have had the rare honor of shooting one, and believe me, it was a SMALL honor.
