first and formost i would check supllys and and gather everything i would need to survive such as food water shelter clothes and of course.....WEAPONS. i would bring food water and weapons back to base then check every room for zombies and once the perimeter is checked and clear then i would start baracading all entrances except one which would be impossible for zombies to reach but easy for me to get in and out saftely. then i would gather knowledge of other survivers cause im not dyin alone then i would head out to find the survivors and gather them and bring them back to base after checking for them for bites and if there bit well then sorry they had their chance then once i got everyone together and was well fed and hidrated i would get the weapons ready and head out with the others to kick zombie ass im not going down without a fight and sure as hell not waiting it out like some pussy then i would capture a zombie to experiment on and try to find a cure and if all fails well then as it says in left 4 dead curing the infection one bullet at a time

Do you have LENGTHY medical training, and the resources required to study a harmful and infectious pathogen like Solanum? You wouldn't know where to START in curing the infection.
