6:00 pm: Its happening. all over the news, the outbreak has started and is rapidly spreading. luckily, logic dictates that the outbreak will take 1-2 weeks to reach my small suburb, at least. I begin gathering supplies as, one by one, news stations go down. First things first. my Hiking pack. used by me at my scouts group. perfect for this. I pack:
A sleeping bag, enough food for 3 weeks (not hard to, this pack is huge) Fill my camelpak with water.
COOKIES!!! take a plastic zip lock bag containing cookies, pack other ones with moar food. My parents and sister, unfortunately, went out just before the outbreak started. I must assume that they are dead.
drive my Prado onto the drive (yes, I do know how to drive it) The Zombies are getting closer to my suburb every hour. luckily, I warned my neighbours and they are preparing too.pack my dads chainsaw, crowbar and barbeque utensil set into the back of the prado. Drive to my friends house at boronia avenue. his dad has a 12 gauge double barreled, the only firearm that I have a chance of being able to use. I go down to the property, but theyre gone. in theyre rush to leave, I can see that many valuable items have been left behind. I take the shotgun and as much ammo as I can take. Then I drive up to the local woolworths to rendezvous with any survivors, expecting it to be empty. hold out there, get some fuel for the prado, and drive to Perth. Nothing happens in Perth. woohoo!!
