when most people make a plan involving a supply store, they always have flaws. this plan is flawless. if you see a point i left out tell me.
PLAN- i have selected 14 people i know and trust to be in this plan (including me). every one has at least one gun with plenty of ammo and will have melee weapons (bat,machete,axe,ect).
i will call all 13 others and tell them to pack ALL the food they have, waepons, clothing,protective gear (thick clothes, helmets) and other survival needs.
i will have my 3 selected drivers go on diff. routes and bring ever one to my house. once they get hear i will tell them my plan. i will bring my gas stove, rope,radios, batterys, and any other thing home depot wont have
1. we will park in front of home depot and fire off a warning shot yelling at every one to get out. if a few people do not get out we will shoot one as the others run away, if they dont run we will shoot them all
2. if it is zombie infested we will kill the zombies and throw there bodys outside.
3 if it is already "claimed" we will kill the people who have "claimed" it.

were inside now. we have 10 people start to grab barricading supplys from the shelves and get to it. me and 2 others will park the truks in the loading garage so we dont have to go outside to get peoples things. i will also go to the roof and spray paint in big letter SURVIVORS INSIDE. that way if a militaryu chopper flys over head we can be saved.
now that we have barricaded the doors. we will get our supplys, food and water out of the garage and talk about the second part of my plan.
1. 4 of us will get in a truck with our weapons and drive to the gun store (5 mins away). if no one is there we will clear anything and everything from the shelves.
2. if people are getting weapons (showing no threat to us) we will get any weapons they dont take ( more survivors are better)
3. if people are inside and showing threat we will leave and go back to our base. unless we think we can take them, then we will drive the truck through the wall and start killing them, then clearing the shelves.
4. if zombies have taken over the shop we will destroy them, then take the weapons/ammo and knives from the shelves.

we made it back alive and parked the truck in the garage. now we will divide our food, water, weapons,ammo, supplys and make a list of shift work. shift work in this plan is where a person has to sit on the roof and warn us if we are about to be attacked, raided, if help is coming, ect. we will also set up night watch shifts.
if we run out of food i will select half of the group (stongest) to raid houses, stores, and shops. if we run out of water we can get some from the sink and boil it and cool it. or go to the river, boil it and cool it.
if somone is bitten we will amputaute the body part, tie them down and if they dont change in 24 hours, untie them. if they are bit in the stomach,chest,neck or head. i will take them on the roof, shoot them in the head, and throw them off.
if zombie manage to break through our defences, we will get to the roof and fire at the zombie that are in threatning range.
i do not see one flaw in this plan. if you do tell me and i will explain what we will do
heres a tip, your gonna run out of food there is no doubt about that, but dont forget about the gardening section of the home depot. there you will find soil, fertilizer, seeds, pots, everthing youll need. Can bring it all up to the roof for sunlight. That will give you a renewable source of food. If you dont already have a gardner in your group pick one up.
And if and when they develop cognitive thought, Land of the Dead style.
I can see a few flaws in your plan. The fact that the other people wont know what the plan is until after the zombies rise and that you say that more survivors is good, but you are willing to kill people to get into your base. Also this plan seems alfully short turm. You need to be prepared for if help doesnt come. You need to think of a sustained way of getting supplies.
you see, in my group of friends im basicly the alpha male. i lead the pack and i know my friends will do well in this plan. yes im willing to kill people. and if help never came we could keep making small raids and IF needed (not that i plan to), move and make another base
i don't necessarily see any flaws but it does seem pretty dangerous to have to raid when your out of supplies. It's a good short-term solution but eventually you'll raid everything and there will be no supplies left to raid. Perhaps think of a way you can get supplies besides raiding.
Apart from that it's a very good plan.
we would not be raiding with no supplys. just when we only have 30% of our original supplys left. and when i raid id like to get enough supplys to last us 6-12 months at a time
long term unless a better opprotunity comes along
is this for long term or short term? like a class 2,3 or 4 invasion (zombie survival guided)
