okay.
Everyone has a "Zombie Plan" but is everyone's good? No.
I know people who think zombies cant go out in the sun light and that they'd survive a zombie Apocalypse in a small wooden shack.. Not gonna work.

Okay, if your planning on barricading a place in your town/city you need to take these into consideration..
How far away from you house/place your mainly at?
How many people live in your area? zombies would take about 60% of the people in a few hours.
Do you have weapons?
Do you have clothing?
How are you gonna carry supply's?
What happens when you run out of suplys?
What are you gonna use to barricade the place you staying in?
Is the place your going already have Zs in it?
What if they get in how are you gonna escape?
How are you gonna get to your place?
How are you gonna get out to get out or supply;'s or something if theres hundreds of zombies at your door?

Choose a place that has multiple story's and has a elevator.
Destroy the staircases and use the elevator.
Barricade only the Ground floor.
EDIT:
I just had pointed out to me.. what if you destroy the elevator and electricity stops, making the elevator unusable.. witch then you get stuck..

I recommend driving over this.

Come with multiple people.
NEVER use a normal car. SUV's are recommended.

Zombies WILL smell you out and try to get in and you will end up being overwhelmed but the amount and not be able to get out for supply's.

Staying on the move..

Do you have weapons?
Do you have clothing?
What do you do when you run out of supply's?
Where will you drive?
What are you going to do if you run out of gas?
What Vehicle are you going to drive?
What do you do if you pop a tire?
What do you do if you run outa gas? (or what ever fuel your vehicle will use)

SUV's and large vehicles thus, making them good for offroad and running down zombies (lol)
Pack enough clothing for 2 weeks and double where before washing in a river (so it lasts 1month)
Pack 25 2 letre bottles of water (never soft drink/fizzy drink and alcohol)
Pack a SMALL amount snacks like potatoe chips, dried fruit etc.
Pack ALOT of canned food like soups and fruit.
Stick to rural areas.
only stay in the one place for 1-2days.
Research animals in the area you live in (poiseness snake's, animals that would be a threat etc)
Pack a gas cooking stove (like a mini barbecue)
Pack ranged weapons more then melee. (bayonet all weapons)

ANTI-ZOMBIE TACTICS (Theory Based)
Zombies sight is horrible, there eyes have clouded over making it hard to see things from distances.
There eyes work through movement, making it easy to tell the difference between clean straight movements of survivors from the jerky, balanceless, poor moving zombies.
Zombies dont need to eat flesh, making them survive for years..
Yes zombies feel pain but they're not affected by it and are able to ignore it making it seen like they dont feel pain.
technically if you shoot a zombie in the head they'd die, but the virus might create another brain-like thing somewhere else so burning them is a good idea BUT you must be able to get away from they before the burn you.
Zombies wont infect 1 person and sit down and start eating them with others around, they seen to rather kill 1 person then leave that person and kill more. they dont interect with each other unless there fighting.
Zombies will jump through windows, break down doors and climb over objects like cars and other zombies. (lol)

My zombie plan is too steal a bus and use google maps to find rural areas with gas stations (try to download all the maps lol) and pick up friends.

RECOMMENDED WEAPONS AND CLOTHING:
Swords- Easy to use
Spears- Ranged melee
MASK- Stop blood from going in eyes/mouth
FULL BODY LEATHER- Covering body from bites and leather would be difficult for them to bite through..
Shotguns- Splash Damage
Pistol- Clip-size/accuracy
Bolt Action Rifles- Accuracy
Semiauto Rifles- Clip size
