Hi this is my forst plan with this account, I would probably stay at my own country; chile. first, because it is protected by a uge chain of mountains so the zombie virus will have some trouble to get in, second one of the best military forces of latin america, ( that means many guns if the army dies), and it is literary at the edge of the world you got a better country??
well, in a specific place I would choose a town near to the capital
and clean it from zombies, then trench there with many fences and guards (hping that there is at least a good number of survivors), the lands in that area are the best lands of the country ( the first coloners said that you only needed to thorugh seeds to get crops) so the food will not lack, the water, we would need to get near to the mountain cause the rivers that came from there are the cleanest rivers I had ever seen in m y entire life
and why near the capital? casue we could do ''trips'' to there to get guns gasoline meds and some extra provision but I would need at least 100 people to run thsi plan up
so if we all travel here it would be nice (Y)
I will learn on interent how to steal cars if it is needed but the rich people live there so we can enter their garage and probably the keys will be in the house too so we get sme lambos and ferrari XD and a ford mustang ford mustang if you like it jhajahjah

i think that my copuntry is very good for protecting we got the dryest dessert at north , seas at south and west and the biggest chain of mountains at east

Chile is protected by its mountains however that desert to the north isnt going to keep out zombies, it will help to keep other survivors from other countries from entering your country but for zombies it wont work, they could easily come across the desert, the climate of a desert will not keep out the zombies, at least not to the point where your mountains will. Also a outbreak could easily happen in your country, you have a large shoreline, boats with infected could come to ports or it could happen where its just boats with undead drifting onto shore or being washed onto shore could bring zombies to anywhere along the shoreline of your country.
Also how do you plan to get the guns from the military when they die? You are correct in saying that the Chilean military is one of the best militaries of south america, so if your military is overrun then they either were really stupid and screwed up big time, or they got overpowered, and if they got overpowered how are you and your group going to go in and get those guns? And also those guns are going to need ammo. I dont know the gun laws of chile so I cant comment on how easy it could be to get guns or ammo.
Also I would stay away from your capital, I know it has a lot of resources in it however it holds around 1/3 of your countries population, I wouldnt risk going into a city of some 5-7 million that is filled with zombies and/or survivors that are not going to like seeing outsiders taking their cities resources.
I would stay in my own region of my country, low population density and high land area size, that and my knowledge on my region would help me along more than just leaving it on a maybe in another country.
This sounds like this plan is being put in place long after Z-Day. More information is always good, but here's some generic warnings about your plan:
Deserts would slow the decay of zombies- good for people, but bad for defence against the undead.
Roads will be jammed as soon as possible.
Cities will likely be filled with looters, and more zombies than in the country.
Who can you trust?
Sounds like you're okay for food and water, here's a good base to construct any plan on...
Chile as a country is very well placed (defensively), but on a smaller scale, we need more detail.
Well armed, well trained military is a double edged sword, so try to avoid all military if possible.
A very good basic plan though, considering what you've said.
