I am surprised that no one mentioned the #1 technique for fighting a Zombie. Just friken run! If you are not backed into a corner you do not need to fight! Fighting a zombie is for none crippled people in reasonably good health. (Since you broke your arm in a sport I figure you are in good shape and could easily run the mile if the need for it be)I mean, all you really have to do is break there line of sight and than hide. Um, as for if you are cornered, all you have to do is use a pistol. Any kind would do. The hollywood shot gun reload might work, but I have never been able to do it with any reasonable success (usually wind up droping it) Yeah, like I said, run.

im a black belt, and you can do most throws and moves one-handed, if youre strong enough...
