Beat a hasty retreatSubmitted by Gungriffin on Mon, 06/29/2009 - 16:15 |
I am the "Best bud Charlie" Mentioned in the Dam plan by Ecretsu We came up with this initial plan together but he only has one flaw: He trusts people. I know them. People have no honor, no chivalry, people are insane. they develop the "mob complex" that is, they rise up in insurrection against the ones who care for them. People in general are stupid creatures who only care about ease and hate change. The Dam plan hinges not on the zombie threat but the internal threat of stupid people. If the plan fails the fall back is a prison. Mop it up and hold up our defenses until recon for supplies is possible. A prison is small enough to defend and large enough to live comfortably. It may have some limited supplies, a radio, and (not that we would not have our own) Weapons. THIS IS A HALF WAY HOUSE! NOT A RESIDENCE! This is where a plan can be devised.
Yeah, I agree Charlie, but, also with Park, too.
People are ignorant and do nothing but think about themselves; they hurt the one's close to them to make themselves feel better, but, not ALL people are like that. In this case, I believe people will be more dangerous than zombies now that you mentioned it, the very fact of ultimately looking out for themselves, that's why you have to make sure you can trust who you help. You don't wanna die in your sleep for someone else to get ahead. I'm gonna go with those who i know have my back already.
That is right, I do trust people, but not to the fullest extent. There is always distrust. Even though humans, as a people, tend to breed chaos, in times of crisis, some can band together for the common good. Eventually (as with all plans) I will have to worry about personal demons from others.
