now im new here and im just going to explain this short.(sorry for bad english and stuff like that)
this will contain:
Making Barricades.

now i want to point out every thing about my 90% zombie safe barricades will have MASSIVE risk
but when its done you will have an area 90% zombie safe(if you did it right)

now i searched the web and couldnt find anything on barricades against zombies(if you find plzz link)
so i decided hey ill help some people over at this site i found yesterday!

i will be doing several diffrent areas each with differend things and how u can make a ''safe zone''
Nails =
Nails is easily pushed out of their ''holding'' making the planks or what you are using falling to the ground.
Screws how ever are a MUTCH better choice, if they are set properly into the wall/window frame they can hold against zombies for a mutch longer time than nails ever could.

Windows =
now some of you people might be stupid to put the planks that u got like they are in Nazi zombies randomly placed and zik zaking over each other.. this is not good! zombies can see in and its therefore a crapy thing!
Pro's =
use less boards
u can shoot thru it
Con's =
little boards leaving window faster being breached
Zombies can c u walk around inside so they gona come for you
bad idea
increase in human detection

now how you should do is have the planks horizontaly over the window making it completely covered

Less chance of zombie detection
more defence
easily maintained
Con's =
Use more Boards
u cant shoot thru it
increase in human detection

the one above but little more advanced! horizontal boards covering the window THEN use 2 boards to cover the nails(becaus main reason boarded windows fail is the nails failing making board fall into the house.) so the 2 boards will assist in holding the boards in place so the nails dont fall off they can still break the boards so why not put a board in the middle of the barricade too making it stronger!! but you can skip the 2 boards covering the nails to make it maintainable.

MORE Defence
less chance of zombie detection
Less maintenace after a zombie battle
Con's =
Hard to maintain
use more boards than any other window barricade(u have to have alot of boards to do this)
Increase in human detection

now if you got metal plates lying around ur base why not use those! they are the ultimate defence!

Hard to set up

thats it in windows! leave a message in comments to give me more Pro's and Con's for these also correct some things and also give me more ideas for window barricades!

Now onto doors!
doors are alot harder to barricade since they are hooked up in hinges! if a group of zombies is punding on your door and the hinges break of the lock on the door break you will be overrun! now lets go over some simple tricks to down the chance of this happening!

1: reinforce the hinges somehow if you plan on using the door!
2: if it is a glass window in the door cover it up so zombies dont break the glass and rush you!!
3: if you dont plan on using the door barricade it so the planks/iron rods etc etc are spiked or something to the walls and not attached to the door cus that would be fail! becaus you can still open the door and it can still go off its hinges but you have saved the door from breaking atleast!
4: Barricade EVERY door in your safe house making the only way to get in/get out of your safe house is by the roof or by ladder to the second floor of your safe house.

now the barricades for this is the same as windows just make sure that you dont barricade the door to it self but make sure that you nail the boards/plate to the wall next to the door!

Open Areas!
this will contain links to pictures to make easy walls and to build on the walls to make it harder to break like a Lv 1 Barricade Lv 2 Lv 3 Lv 4. so you work on it as you survive! this is only used to block of streets so zombies have to funnel thru a single door for an easy kill zone or to make a ''safe zone'' in a city or something for refuges or to make an area that is zombie free but conect all of the building you own(clear every building you connect it the barricades to)
this is the most dangerous barricade to make but it will secure sertain parts of the city for you! and if you gona make em get every thing you need before staring and realising CRAP im out of stuff and my barricade is not finished! so first you make a LVL 1 barricade and then as you find more items that can be used to support this barricade you build it to a lvl 2 and then 3 and then 4!
