Aye, aye CaptianSubmitted by SavageWolf on Mon, 06/14/2010 - 08:55 |
Ok so the, the infected would first start of in major city's London, Liverpool and so on. Living just out of London in Kent this gives me 4-8 hours before the infection spreads to were I live.
With that time I would pack up my shit hurry my partner and y lil boy in to the car straight to my parents house. There I would ready the old man's Land Rover (the only car to use in a zombie attack, that or a tank) on the drive ready for a hasty escape. We would pack up and much tinned food as posable and load the shotguns (being England were sort of limited to shotys and rifles #
( no Sa80 for me :( lol) I would then load everyone in the car and make are way to Ashford gun shop (I know its a town but its worth it and by this time the infection should not of spread that far, if they have then it would only be a few. Were the shop is located it would be a gd place to hold up for the night, that's if there isn't enough time to carry on moving.
Being a gun shop there are plenty of rifles and shottys for the picking and also combat gear tac vests knives the hole shabang. Every one would be covered head for maximum biting resistance but not to much to slow them down. In the morning we would load everything in to Landy and make are way to the docks and acquire are self a large boat, a big boat not a lil small one a big one.
There we would send of radio transmitting searching for survivors if nothing keep transmitting and travel around the cost, I the numbers start to add up we would travel to SeaLand a small ww2 bunker in the ocean 10k of off suffolk there has its very own internet and data line, that's were we would do most of the communicating from,
owww I would also rig the entrance to the boat with a cage were people would have to strip down so we can check them for bites before allowing them into the boat. And there we would stay until we have killed all the zombies or they die out, making regular trips to land for supplies, picking the destination carefully of course.
Although you did also forget: It's not only the zombies you have to worry about at the gun shop, what about other people/the owner? The roads would be jammed, and off-roading would not be the best idea all the time. How much food could you pack? How long would it last? What about when it runs out? You don't want to cover peoples heads, it'll make them harder to kill if they get infected, and zombies usually go for limbs anyway. Other people will flood the dock, and how would you steal a boat/what if the owner is there/what if someone else takes them all? If you know of the bunker, other people will too. Will there be gaurds? Is there supplies there? What about when they run out? What if the internet gets cut or you can't communicate? Who are you to tell people what to do? They'll be heavily armed too, and could probably starve you out. It'll take a long time for the infection to die out, and if you're relying on raiding to get food: what if there are other people? What if your raiding party gets caught? What about when all the food reaches the end of its shelf life?
Although I do also hate the restrictive gun laws we have to put up with... But when you consider what happened in Cumbria... =/
Well its the same as every plan possible, there are always what ifs but some times risks are necessary, they bunker is pretty much abandoned its called sea land and has declared its self its own country it has it own data link and generates its own power,
to get to the shop and docks I am counting on every ones ignorance of thinking the army will contain it
lets face it the chances are that I could do it all with out seeing any zombies or having to fight people to the docks, because if a virus was released that turned people to flesh eating nutters it would originate from America (no offence to Americans but your government likes to experiment with that kind of shit)
so I would have plenty of time to get a boat, arm it, supply it ect.
owww the crazy fuck in Cumbria did that because he set his mind to it, wouldnt of made any dif if he had a shotgun a rifle a knife or just his taxi. he was set out to kill and no one was stoping him. our gun laws dont even come in to the subject.
It's "Aye, aye, captain."
"Aye" is slang for "yes"
