I think I pretty well explained the diseases that would have to be formed into one virus, and what few characteristics would be changed in order to not just kill the host. It's possible. They probably have already done it somewhere in the world. Like Russia, or here in America; it's quite possible that they have. And if it accidentaly gets released by a careless lab worker. Or a terrorist gets ahold of it.

No i was talking about my friend who's wanting it to happen, and said if he saw the fist one, he'd let it infect others. I thought of a way to make the virus though, I'd need ver high tech lab equipment though, kuma you probably have access to that, if I really wanted to create the apocalypse I could, but I'd rather not.

Here hypothetically how you would do this. Take the newly created virus, get a tranquilizer gun, load it witha dart containing the virus instead of a sedative, go to a big city, ei New York, La, Chicago. fire the darts into 4-10 random civilians, then move to another city/town near by, and repeat the process. then move to a city quite far away and do the same.

There is no way i could do this to people though. If i did, I'd probably commit suicide afterward because of guilt. I'm sure there's someone who bent on the destruction of humanity, and obsessed with zombies, who has the resources to do this, and will attempt to at some point in the future, they'll probably wait til 2012 to do so though

Nope, no lab access for me. The only place near where I live that has the resources to do that is the University of Washington. If it were me I would try to create a hybrid of Kreutzfeld Jakobs disease and rabies and have the virus target and reproduce in white blood cells (like HIV). All this would require some serious gene splicing and years of work because I would have to completely map the genetic code of each virus, determine which genes are responsible for the desired attributes and then run test samples on live subjects. As for delivery, tranquilizer darts are too obvious. I would contaminate needles with the virus and then dispense them to heroin junkies. The infection would go unnoticed for weeks because the symptoms would just be written off as an overdose or bad product.

Depending on the inner layer, it will weigh possible even less if we find a lighter material. It would most likely survive a nuke, well the suit will, you won't, cause of the impact and heat, but it will survive almost anything.
