Movies good, they say the books is even better. only up to the 3rd chapter and Ellis describes things in EXTREME detail, and not in a good way, it will wear you down after a while, but it works for the book...

It finally got to the good parts, nice and bloody. The movie now really pales in comparison to this just so you know.

Haven't seen the movie in, like, 50 hundred years so it should be a pretty cool read.

It's not too complex is it? I mean, like, as much as I love War And Peace, that book is such a complex read that I shit myself up the wall everytime I read it.
It's written pretty well.
He explains in GREAT detail what everyone is wearing at all times, and that takes up a good chunk of the book (Halberstram was wearing a 6 button double breasted suit made by Armani with a coordinating Tie in a double windsor knot, coupled with that his shoes... like that, times 87)
It's pretty easy to read and there are parts that are truly hilarious and will make you laugh your ass off.
