Okay, this is a rough draft and I live in a rural area so I am just theorizing here.

You live in Tokyo Japan in an urban apartment complex. You see on TV scenes of carnage, people being ripped apart by zombies, what do you do?

Stage 1: Spread the word

run door to door in your apartment complex and tell everyone to turn on the news

Stage 2: Prepare

Plug the drain on your bathtub, shower sinks etc and fill them up with water. If you have any containers, fill them up also. Have your neighbors follow suit.

Okay, my plan begins of course, with me in my home town of Brinnon WA. We don't have a lot here, but I have formulated a plan that utilizes the available resources to potentially rescue thousands of survivors. I will of course be using the scenario laid out in the zombie survival guide and World War Z.

Stage 1: I have become strongly suspicious of a zombie outbreak and begin procuring ammunition for my personal firearms, an additional sidearm, a crowbar, and more dehydrated food to supplement the stores I already have.

A class 4 outbreak is almost the entire world infected with very few survivors. This is my plan for a class 4 out break

now im jut sayin', even though I would enjoy hunting them, one versus one hundered million is too much. I think mmaking a stand in a class 4 is too overpowering... it's sucide.

First, get a primary and secondary weapon.

*any light rifle, preferabaly a .22 semi-auto rifle with 200-400 extra rounds

*any pistol, preferably a .357 or a .45 with 100-200 extra rounds and a silencer
